These terms and conditions of use (the "Agreement") govern the access and use of the BlobExplorer SaaS product (the "Service") provided by ONERIC ("the Service Provider").
By accessing and using the Service, the user ("the User") agrees to be bound by these Agreement. If the User does not agree to these TOU, they should not access or use the Service.
Blob Web Explorer is a cloud-based service that provides users with an intuitive web interface for managing their Azure storage containers.
This service simplifies the management of your Azure Storage Blob Containers by providing a familiar file explorer-like interface that allows users to easily navigate through their storage Blob Containers, view and modify files and folders, and perform common management tasks such as uploading and downloading files.
To use the Service, the User must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information and for all activities that occur under their account.
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend the User's account at any time without notice for any reason, including without limitation, a breach of these Agreement.
The User agrees to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Agreement.
The User must not use the Service to store or transmit any infringing, obscene, offensive, or otherwise illegal content.
The Service Provider reserves the right to remove any content that violates these TOU or is otherwise objectionable in its sole discretion.
The User acknowledges that the Service Provider owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. The User may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the Service or any part thereof without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider makes no representation or warranty that the Service will meet the User's requirements, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall the Service Provider be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Agreement at any time without prior notice.
The User's continued use of the Service after any such modifications shall constitute their acceptance of these Agreement as modified.
These Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Agreement.
