Billing questions
Good to know before you choose.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly and yearly billing from Plan & billing in the application. Changes are prorated by Stripe. After a downgrade nothing is deleted: containers and recipients beyond the new limits (the most recent ones) become read-only until you upgrade again.
What happens when I cancel a paid SaaS plan?
Your account moves to the Free plan limits at the end of the period. Your containers and existing shares remain; new containers or shares beyond the Free limits are blocked.
What does "unlimited users (fair use)" mean for Enterprise?
You do not pay per user. If usage grows far beyond the capacity of your instance, we discuss the right sizing with you before any change.
Can we pay Enterprise monthly?
Yes. Enterprise starts at €249 per month with a yearly agreement, invoiced once a year, or €299 per month without commitment, invoiced monthly. You can switch to the yearly agreement at any time.
What can change the Enterprise price?
The starting price covers a standard instance. An Azure region with dedicated infrastructure, a connector for another identity provider, or priority support can add to it. You receive a quote before you commit.
Can we keep application data in our own Azure storage?
Yes. Provide a storage account with Table service; your instance connects to it with the access you grant. Blob files always stay in your own containers.
Can we move from Pro to Enterprise?
Yes. Your Blob files stay in your containers, so you link them again in your new instance. We help you plan the move; application records such as shares and activity are not migrated automatically.
Can we try Enterprise first?
Yes. Contact us and we can give you access to a demo environment for a week so your team can try the enterprise features.
Can Blob Web Explorer run in our own Azure subscription?
Yes, from early 2027 with Enterprise in your Azure: you deploy it from Azure Marketplace as a managed application in your subscription, optionally on your private network, and it is billed on your Azure invoice. Pricing is published with the Marketplace listing. Until then, Enterprise runs as a dedicated instance operated by us.
